• I currently  accept Visa, Mastercard (Credit/Debit) American Express and Discover. I will email you an invoice with a link to process the secure payment through PayPal (you do not need a paypal account to pay with paypal) or Google Checkout upon confirmation of the order.

Jewelry Return Policy:

I will gladly accept a return if you are unhappy with your jewelry piece. Please return it in its original packaging with a copy of the invoice within 7 days.

Pottery Return Policy:

Due to the personalization of a custom piece all sales are final. If you are unhappy with your custom piece then I am unhappy, I will work with you to find a solution we will both be happy with.

Jewelry Warranty:

Due to its delicate, handmade nature, it is important to treat your jewelry gently and with care.  In order to keep it in mint condition any contact with water or prolonged exposure to heat should be avoided. All of my necklaces come packaged in a beautiful black leatherette case to help keep it safe. If your necklace does break please send it back to me and I will repair it free of charge less the shipping cost. Because it was a one of a kind piece I can't guarantee the same materials will be used but it will be just as beautiful.

Jewelry Shipping:

I ship everything out USPS First Class. For purchases over 30.00 I use USPS Priority Mail. For purchases over $100.00 shipping is free. I will notify you via email once jewelry is shipped.

Pottery Shipping:

I will ship the pottery the most cost effective way. Due to the fragile nature of pottery, shipping costs will vary depending on the piece. It will be packaged very carefully and with plenty of bubble wrap. I will contact you when piece is completed and packaged to let you know the cost.
